What is a baking studio?
We bake large amounts of bread here, 
but we try not to be a typical bakery.

We bake with craftsmanship, 
but we try not be a typical artisan bakery.

We welcome guests here for coffee and pastries, 
but we try not be a typical café.
Instead, we want to be a place for us who are always searching for new delicious dough-made bites.

Dan Bakstudio is both a bakery and a café. But above all, it shall be our playground where we learn.

Our way forward is to keep experimenting, keep baking, and finding friends who share our love for bread.
